Canceling rebilled subscriptions

To cancel ccBill subscriptions, please visit: https://support.ccbill.com. There you will find the information to cancel your subscription.

To cancel ClickAndBuy subscriptions:
  1. You must access to your account in ClickandBuy, enter the mail and the password registered in ClickAndBuy.
  2. Click in "Transactions" option.
  3. Click in "Subscriptions" option in the left menu.
  4. And then click in "Cancel" link is below the subscription that you want cancel.
